Abstract is an Ethereum layer 2 for consumer apps, built by Igloo Inc., the company behind Pudgy Penguins, on ZKsync's ZK Stack. It launched its mainnet in January 2025 and charges gas in ETH. Because ZK Stack chains have account abstraction built in, every account on Abstract can be a smart contract, and apps can pay their users' gas through paymasters.
Most people arrive through the Abstract Global Wallet, a smart contract wallet created with an email or social login and used across Abstract apps. This dashboard counts daily activity, new Global Wallets and the share of transactions whose gas a paymaster covered, and ranks the apps people use, so sign-ups, sponsored activity and paid activity can be told apart.
Every figure will be read at a block, kept with its source and its exact read, and open a receipt anyone can re-check.

Abstract is an Ethereum layer 2 for consumer apps built by Igloo Inc., the company behind Pudgy Penguins. It runs on ZKsync's ZK Stack, uses ETH for gas and launched its mainnet in January 2025.
A smart contract wallet a user creates with an email or social login and then uses across Abstract apps. A signing key is created behind the scenes and approved on the wallet, so new Global Wallets measure sign-ups through apps rather than wallets people brought with them.
Fees are in ETH, but Abstract's built-in account abstraction lets a paymaster contract pay them for the user. The dashboard reads who paid each fee, so app-sponsored activity and activity users paid for themselves are counted apart.
The Pudgy Penguins NFTs remain on Ethereum. Abstract is a separate chain from the same company, with its own apps and games, and the collection has its own dashboard.
Pudgy Penguins and Lil Pudgys sales, the low and median sale price, holders and PENGU holders on Solana, all read on-chain.
