**Question:** Which Meteora pools earn the most fees for their liquidity, and how high do their dynamic fees run?

- Kind: Dashboard in Voltfin Vantage
- Topic: [DeFi](https://voltfincrypto.com/topics/defi)
- Chains: Solana
- Status: Planned. The data is not published yet, so this page states no figure; each figure will open its receipt when it is.

Meteora is a Solana DEX whose pools set their own fees. In a DLMM pool, liquidity sits in discrete price bins and swaps inside one bin trade at that bin's fixed price. A variable fee rises with volatility on top of the base fee, so providers earn more when the market moves fast. DAMM v2 pools are constant-product pools whose fee schedules can start high at launch and decay, and the Dynamic Bonding Curve gives launchpads a curve that migrates into a Meteora pool when it fills.

Because fees vary pool by pool and swap by swap, this dashboard reads the fee actually charged on every swap rather than a pool's base rate. It shows volume and fees per pool, the fee yield on each pool's liquidity, how far charged fees run above base fees and the tokens launched and graduated through bonding curves, with every figure pinned to a Solana slot.

## Blueprint

### Pools

Volume, fees charged and liquidity across Meteora's pool programs.

- **Volume, latest day** (USD): Swap volume across every Meteora pool on the latest complete UTC day.
- **Fees, latest day** (USD): Fees charged on the latest complete day, base and variable together.
- **TVL** (USD): Tokens held in Meteora pools at the latest day's last slot.
- **Fees as a share of volume** (%): Fees divided by volume over the selected period: the average fee rate swappers actually paid.
- **Volume by program** (USD): Daily volume over the period, stacked by DLMM, DAMM v1, DAMM v2 and bonding curves.
- **Every pool**: Each pool's pair, program, bin step, base fee, average fee charged, volume, fees, liquidity and fee yield.

### Launches and fees

Bonding-curve launches, and how charged fees moved against base fees.

- **Curves created, latest day** (count): Dynamic Bonding Curve launches created on the latest complete day.
- **Curves migrated, latest day** (count): Curves that filled and moved their liquidity into a Meteora pool on the latest complete day.
- **Launches by launchpad** (count): Curves created over the period, split by the launchpad configuration that created them.
- **Fee charged against base fee** (%): The average fee rate charged on DLMM swaps each day against the pools' base fees, so volatile days stand out.

Filters: Pool program (DLMM, DAMM v1, DAMM v2 or all); Period (Last 7, 30 or 90 days).

## How it will be measured

- Swaps, fees and bin changes come from the DLMM program's swap events, which record the bins crossed and the fee charged; DAMM v1 and v2 swaps come from their own programs' events.
- Each swap is valued at the stablecoin leg or SOL's on-chain oracle price at the slot, and the base fee and variable fee are kept apart, so a fee spike shows as such.
- Liquidity is read from each pool's bin arrays or reserves at the day's last slot, and fee yield is fees over seven or thirty days divided by average liquidity, labelled as past performance.
- Bonding-curve launches and migrations are read from the Dynamic Bonding Curve program's creation and migration instructions, attributed to the launchpad configuration that created each curve.

## Data it needs

- `dex_swaps_daily` (to build): Swap counts and volume per DEX, pool and chain per day, decoded from Swap events, valued with stablecoin legs and oracle prices.
- `defi_tvl_daily` (to build): Assets deposited in DeFi protocols per protocol, chain and asset at day end, valued with oracle prices, never double counting receipt tokens.
- `token_launches_daily` (to build): New tokens deployed per chain and launchpad per day, how many reached a DEX pool, and how many were abandoned.
- `protocol_revenue_daily` (to build): Fees users paid to each protocol and the part kept by the protocol or its token holders, per protocol and day, including buybacks.

## Questions

### What is a DLMM pool?

A Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker pool. Liquidity sits in price bins, each with a fixed price, and a swap uses up one bin before moving to the next. Providers choose which bins to fill and how to shape their liquidity, and earn fees from swaps that cross the bins they hold.

### Why do Meteora fees change?

A DLMM pool charges a base fee plus a variable fee that rises with recent price movement, measured in bins crossed, and decays when the market calms. DAMM v2 pools can use a fee scheduler that starts high at launch and steps down, which protects early liquidity from snipers.

### What is DAMM v2?

Meteora's newer constant-product pool program, separate from the original Dynamic AMM. It adds fee schedules, optional dynamic fees and positions held as tokens, and it is where many tokens from Meteora's bonding curves land when they graduate.

### What is Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve?

A launch program that launchpads configure: a token trades on a curve until a set threshold, then its liquidity migrates automatically into a Meteora pool. The launches page counts curves created and migrated, by the launchpad configuration behind each.

### What is the MET token?

MET is Meteora's token, launched in October 2025. This dashboard covers Meteora's pools and launches; MET appears only where it trades in them.

## Glossary

- **Bin**: A price step in a DLMM pool; all liquidity in one bin trades at that bin's single price.
- **Bin step**: The price gap between adjacent bins, set per pool; smaller steps suit stable pairs and larger ones volatile tokens.
- **Variable fee**: The part of a DLMM fee that rises with recent volatility and decays when trading calms.
- **Fee scheduler**: A DAMM v2 setting that starts a new pool's fee high and lowers it over time.
