**Question:** Which stablecoins launched recently, and how fast has each grown on its chains since its first mint?

- Kind: Table in Voltfin Strata
- Topic: [Stablecoins](https://voltfincrypto.com/topics/stablecoins)
- Chains: Multi-chain, Ethereum, Base, Solana, Arbitrum, Plasma, Tempo, Arc
- Status: Planned. The data is not published yet, so this page states no figure; each figure will open its receipt when it is.

New stablecoins arrive every month from banks, payment firms, fintech apps, exchanges and protocols. This table lists every stablecoin whose first mint falls in the last two years, with the block of that first mint and its supply since, so launches can be compared on how they actually grew rather than on their announcements.

Each row starts at the first mint: the block where the token's first units were created, read from its contract. From there the table measures supply after 30, 90 and 180 days, where the coin was first issued and how many addresses hold it today. A coin that has been announced but not yet minted has no row until its first mint is on-chain.

Recent launches include issuers working under new rules, such as Tether's USAT, issued by Anchorage Digital Bank for the United States under the GENIUS Act, and coins issued first on chains built for payments. Issuer, peg and license come from each issuer's own announcement, recorded with its source.

## Blueprint

One row: One row per stablecoin whose first mint falls in the last two years

- **Stablecoin** (`stablecoin`): The coin's name and symbol, linked to its contracts.
- **Issuer** (`issuer`): The company or protocol that issues and redeems the coin.
- **Issuer type** (`issuer_type`): Bank, payments or fintech firm, crypto company or protocol.
- **Peg** (`peg`): The currency the coin tracks.
- **First mint** (`first_mint`): The day of the coin's first mint on any covered chain.
- **First chain** (`first_chain`): The chain where the first mint happened.
- **Supply now** (`supply`): Total supply across chains at the latest day-end blocks.
- **Supply at 30 days** (`supply_30d`): Total supply at the last block of the thirtieth day after the first mint.
- **Supply at 90 days** (`supply_90d`): Total supply at the last block of the ninetieth day after the first mint.
- **Supply at 180 days** (`supply_180d`): Total supply at the last block of the hundred and eightieth day after the first mint.
- **Holders** (`holders`): Addresses with a non-zero balance at the latest day-end blocks, summed across chains.
- **Receipt** (`receipt`): The first mint transaction and the reads behind each supply figure.

## How it will be measured

- A launch is the first transfer from the zero address of a contract the registry identifies as a stablecoin, on any covered chain; its block and time are the launch.
- Supply after 30, 90 and 180 days is totalSupply() on every chain at the last block of those days, added up with bridged copies counted once.
- Coins are matched to issuers from each issuer's own announcement and contract list, recorded with their source, so lookalike tokens are never counted.
- Holders are addresses with a non-zero balance at the latest day-end blocks, summed across chains.

## Data it needs

- `stablecoins` (published): Every tracked stablecoin contract: issuer, peg, chain, decimals and whether it is native or bridged.
- `stablecoin_supply_daily` (published): Native supply of each USD and EUR stablecoin on each covered chain at the chain's last block of each day, from totalSupply() reads, with bridged copies kept apart.
- `stablecoin_supply_global_daily` (published): Cross-chain native supply per stablecoin and peg per day, on the latest day every chain has reported.
- `stablecoin_flows_daily` (to build): Stablecoin mints, burns, transfer volume and active addresses per stablecoin and chain per day.
- `token_holders_snapshot` (to build): Holder counts, top holders and concentration shares of registry tokens at a pinned block, with contract and exchange labels.
- Source: The first Transfer from the zero address of each registry stablecoin on each covered chain
- Source: Contract creation transactions of new stablecoin contracts
- Source: totalSupply() at the last block of the 30th, 90th and 180th day after the first mint, and at the latest day
- Source: Issuers' announcements and contract lists, recorded with their source
- Source: Transfer logs of each coin, for holders

## Questions

### What counts as a new stablecoin here?

A token designed to track a currency, issued by a named company or protocol, whose first mint on a covered chain falls in the last two years. Tokens that only wrap or bridge an existing stablecoin are not new coins and appear under the original.

### Why measure growth from the first mint?

Announcements and launch dates are often weeks away from real issuance. The first mint is the on-chain moment supply begins, so measuring from it puts every coin on the same clock.

### Which kinds of issuers are launching stablecoins?

Banks, payment companies, fintech apps, exchanges, protocols and existing issuers adding regulated versions of their coins. The issuer type column groups them, and each issuer is recorded from its own announcement.

### What is USAT?

USAT is a dollar stablecoin from Tether built for the US market under the GENIUS Act, issued by Anchorage Digital Bank and launched in January 2026. It is separate from USDT, with its own contracts and its own row.

### Why does a coin I know not appear yet?

A coin is listed once its first mint is on a chain the table reads and its contract is matched to its issuer. A coin issued only on a chain not yet covered, or announced but not yet minted, appears when its first mint can be read.

## Glossary

- **First mint**: The first transaction that creates units of a token, a transfer from the zero address, which marks its launch on-chain.
- **Issuer type**: The kind of organization behind a coin: bank, payments or fintech firm, crypto company or protocol.
