**Question:** How much tokenized stock and ETF value is held on-chain, by issuer and by chain?

- Kind: Dashboard in Voltfin Vantage
- Topic: [Tokenized assets](https://voltfincrypto.com/topics/rwa)
- Chains: Multi-chain, Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain
- Status: Planned. The data is not published yet, so this page states no figure; each figure will open its receipt when it is.

Tokenized stocks are tokens that track shares of listed companies and ETFs, issued by firms that hold the underlying shares or a claim on them. This dashboard values what is held on-chain: each token's supply on each chain times the price of the share it tracks, adjusted for how many shares one token represents, and it splits the total by issuer, chain and underlying share.

Issuers handle dividends and splits differently. Some raise each holder's balance through an on-chain multiplier, others build reinvested dividends into the value of each token, so every token is valued with its own shares-per-token factor rather than one to one. Share prices come from on-chain feeds where they exist and otherwise from exchange closing prices, labelled as off-chain.

Use it to follow how fast tokenized equities grow, which issuers and chains hold the most and which companies are most held. Every figure names its block and its price source.

## Blueprint

### Market

Total tokenized stock value and how it grew by issuer.

- **Tokenized stock value** (USD): Tokenized stock and ETF value on every covered chain at the latest day-end blocks.
- **Stock tokens tracked** (count): Stock and ETF tokens with supply on at least one chain.
- **Share in ETFs** (%): Share of the total held in tokenized ETFs rather than single stocks.
- **30-day change** (%): Change in total value against thirty days earlier.
- **Value by issuer by day** (USD): Each issuer's tokenized stock value at each day-end block, stacked to the total.

### Chains and shares

Where tokenized stocks live and which shares they track.

- **Underlying shares tracked** (count): Distinct shares and ETFs tracked by at least one token.
- **Top 10 shares' part of the total** (%): Share of total value in the 10 most held underlying shares and ETFs.
- **Value by chain** (USD): Tokenized stock value on each chain on the latest day.
- **Most held shares and ETFs**: Underlying shares and ETFs ranked by on-chain value, with their tokens, issuers, chains and holders.

Filters: Issuer (Every tracked issuer, or one of them); Period (Last 30 days, last 90 days or all history).

## How it will be measured

- Supply is each stock token's totalSupply() at the last block of each day on each chain (the mint supply on Solana), scaled by decimals.
- Each token's shares-per-token factor is read from the issuer's on-chain multiplier, such as the Scaled UI Amount extension on Solana, so dividends and splits are reflected.
- Value multiplies supply by that factor and by the underlying share price: from on-chain equity price feeds where published, and from exchange closing prices otherwise, labelled as off-chain.
- Tokens are grouped by issuer and by underlying share from a registry recorded with each issuer's documentation; bridged copies are counted once, on the chain where they circulate.
- Every figure carries a receipt: the chain, the block, its hash and the reads behind it.

## Data it needs

- `rwa_supply_daily` (to build): Supply and holders of tokenized treasuries, money-market funds, stocks, gold and credit per token and chain per day, with issuer and asset class.
- `native_prices_daily` (to build): Reference prices of major assets read from on-chain oracle feeds (Chainlink latestRoundData) at each day's last block, with each round's update time.
- `token_holders_snapshot` (to build): Holder counts, top holders and concentration shares of registry tokens at a pinned block, with contract and exchange labels.
- Source: xStocks mint supply and Scaled UI Amount multipliers on Solana, and ERC-20 supply on EVM deployments
- Source: Ondo Global Markets token supply on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana
- Source: Robinhood stock token supply on Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain
- Source: Underlying share prices from on-chain equity feeds where published, else exchange closing prices (off-chain)
- Source: Issuer registry: underlying ticker, shares-per-token factor and chain per contract

## Questions

### What are tokenized stocks?

Tokens that track the price of a listed share or ETF. The issuer holds the underlying shares, or a claim on them, with a custodian and mints or burns tokens as holders buy and redeem. Holders get price exposure and usually dividends, but often no voting rights.

### Who issues tokenized stocks?

Several issuers, each with its own structure and rules on who may hold the tokens. Examples include xStocks on Solana and EVM chains and Ondo Global Markets on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. Robinhood issues its stock tokens on Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain. The issuer split shows every issuer tracked.

### Do tokenized stocks pay dividends?

Most do, in different ways. Some issuers raise holders' balances through an on-chain multiplier, while others reinvest dividends into the value of each token. This dashboard reads each token's shares-per-token factor, so its value follows the method its issuer uses.

### Can anyone hold tokenized stocks?

It depends on the issuer and the holder's country. Many tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons, and some require identity checks before a wallet can receive them. This dashboard measures what is held on-chain and does not say who may hold it.

### How are tokenized stocks valued when markets are closed?

The underlying exchange closes at night and on weekends, but tokens can trade on-chain at any time. This dashboard values supply at the underlying share price from a stated source, and uses the last closing price outside market hours.

## Glossary

- **Shares-per-token factor**: How many underlying shares one token represents, which changes with splits and with dividends that are reinvested.
- **Scaled UI Amount**: A Solana Token-2022 extension that applies an issuer-set multiplier to balances, used to reflect dividends and splits.
- **Tokenized ETF**: A token that tracks shares of an exchange-traded fund rather than a single company.
