**Question:** What does this wallet hold on every EVM chain right now, token by token?

- Kind: Dashboard in Voltfin Vantage
- Topic: [Wallets and whales](https://voltfincrypto.com/topics/wallets)
- Chains: Multi-chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, OP Mainnet, BNB Chain, Polygon
- Status: Planned. The data is not published yet, so this page states no figure; each figure will open its receipt when it is.

Paste an EVM address and this dashboard reads what it holds on every covered chain at the latest block: its native coin, its NFTs and every token it has received and still holds, each with a value where an on-chain price exists. It needs no wallet connection and no sign-in, because it only reads public chain state.

Balances come from the chains themselves: native balances with eth_getBalance, and token balances with balanceOf for every token the address's transfer history has touched. Tokens that nobody can price on-chain show an amount but no dollar value, and unsolicited spam tokens are marked so they do not inflate a total.

Use it to check a wallet before sending to it, to find where your own assets sit after years of bridging, or to keep a record of holdings at a given block. The activity page shows when the address first and last transacted on each chain.

## Blueprint

### Holdings

What the address holds on each chain, token by token.

- **Value with an on-chain price** (USD): The combined value of holdings that have a reliable on-chain price at the latest block; unpriced tokens are counted separately.
- **Chains with a balance** (count): Covered chains where the address holds a native balance or any token.
- **Tokens held** (count): Distinct tokens with a non-zero balance across covered chains, spam left out.
- **Tokens without a price** (count): Tokens held that have no reliable on-chain price, shown with their amounts only.
- **Holdings by chain and token**: Each holding's chain, token or NFT collection, amount, price source, value and share of the priced total, with a receipt per row.
- **Value by chain** (USD): Priced holdings added up per chain at the latest block.
- **Value by asset type** (%): Priced holdings split into native coins, stablecoins and other tokens.

### Activity

When and where the address has been active.

- **First transaction** (date): The day of the address's earliest transaction on any covered chain, named with its chain.
- **Transactions sent** (count): The address's nonces added up across covered chains: how many transactions it has sent.
- **Activity by chain** (count): Transactions sent on each chain, with the first and last day of activity labelled on each bar.

Filters: Address (Any EVM address); Chain (Every covered EVM chain, or all).

## How it will be measured

- Native balances are eth_getBalance on each covered chain at its latest block; token balances are balanceOf for every token the address has received, found from its Transfer logs.
- NFT holdings are rebuilt from ERC-721 Transfer and ERC-1155 TransferSingle and TransferBatch logs and checked with ownerOf or balanceOf at the same block.
- Values use oracle prices or deep on-chain pools at the same block; a token with no reliable on-chain price shows its amount and no value, never zero.
- Tokens that arrived unsolicited and match known spam patterns are marked and left out of totals.
- First and last activity per chain come from the address's earliest and latest transactions and its nonce, each linked to its transaction.

## Data it needs

- `token_holders_snapshot` (to build): Holder counts, top holders and concentration shares of registry tokens at a pinned block, with contract and exchange labels.
- `native_prices_daily` (to build): Reference prices of major assets read from on-chain oracle feeds (Chainlink latestRoundData) at each day's last block, with each round's update time.
- `dex_liquidity_daily` (to build): Liquidity held by each DEX pool at day end, in tokens and valued in USD, with fee tier and pool age.
- `address_labels` (to build): Labels for known addresses: exchanges, bridges, protocols, funds, treasuries, sanctioned addresses and known attackers.
- `chain_activity_daily` (to build): Transactions, active sending addresses, new addresses, contracts created and gas used on each chain per day, counted from blocks and transactions.
- Source: eth_getBalance and eth_getTransactionCount at the latest block on each covered chain
- Source: Transfer logs to and from the address, to find every token it has touched
- Source: balanceOf for each of those tokens at the latest block
- Source: ERC-721 and ERC-1155 transfer logs, checked with ownerOf and balanceOf
- Source: Chainlink feeds and deep DEX pools at the same block, for values

## Questions

### How do I check a wallet's balance on every chain?

Enter the address. The dashboard reads its native and token balances on each covered EVM chain at the latest block and lists them by chain and token, with a total for the holdings that can be priced on-chain.

### Is it safe to look up a wallet here?

Looking up an address only reads public chain data. There is nothing to connect or sign, so a lookup cannot move funds or grant any approval.

### Why does a token show no dollar value?

Because no reliable on-chain price exists for it at that block: no oracle feed and no pool deep enough to trust. The amount is shown, and the value is left empty rather than estimated.

### Why do I see tokens I never bought?

Anyone can send tokens to any address, and spam tokens are airdropped widely to lure people to scam sites. They are marked as likely spam; trying to sell or claim them on an unknown site can be a trap.

### Does it work for smart accounts and multisigs?

Yes. Balances are read the same way for any address, including contract wallets. For a Safe multisig, the Safe checker also shows its signers and settings.

## Glossary

- **EVM chain**: A chain that runs the Ethereum Virtual Machine, so the same address format and token standards work across all of them.
- **Nonce**: The count of transactions an account has sent; it starts at zero and rises by one with each transaction.
- **Spam token**: A token sent unsolicited to many addresses, often with a name that points to a scam website.
