# AI and agents

> Crypto meets AI: agent tokens, agent payments in stablecoins, decentralized compute and the networks that pay for it.

AI agents now hold wallets, pay for services and launch tokens. The apps here follow that activity on-chain: agent tokens and their holders, payments agents make in stablecoins through standards such as x402, and the networks that sell compute to AI workloads.

Claims about agents are easy to make and hard to check; every figure here will open the transactions it was counted from.
