# Memecoins and launches

> New tokens and the launchpads behind them: launches per day, how many graduate to a DEX, trending pairs, holders and who is buying.

New tokens launch every day through launchpads that create them on a bonding curve and move them to a DEX once enough people buy. The apps here count launches, graduations and the trading that follows, chain by chain, from the launchpads' own events.

They also show who holds new tokens and how concentrated holdings are, which says more about a launch than any price chart.
