Security questions often have on-chain answers: which contracts were drained and how, which approvals a wallet still grants, which addresses are sanctioned, and whether an exchange's wallets hold what it says. The apps here read them from transactions and contract state, and record each incident with its sources.

They describe risk from what is public on the chain, with the transactions behind each finding; they never certify a contract, a token or a wallet as safe.
