Stablecoins are the most used assets on public chains, and their supply is fully on-chain: every token contract reports how many units exist. Voltfin already publishes daily stablecoin supply across its covered EVM chains with a receipt for every figure; the apps here extend that to issuance, flows, pegs and payments.

Native supply and bridged copies are always kept apart, and USD and EUR pegs are never added together, so a total means exactly what it says.
