Transactions, latest day
countTransactions in Celo blocks on the latest complete UTC day.
How much is Celo used, and how many transactions pay gas in stablecoins?
Celo by day: transactions and active addresses, how many pay gas in stablecoins and which ones, with the supply of each stablecoin by peg.
The dashboard as it will open in Vantage. Each figure is named here and arrives with its receipt; until its data is published, its place stays empty.
Transactions, active addresses, first-time senders and gas paid in stablecoins.
Transactions in Celo blocks on the latest complete UTC day.
Distinct senders of successful transactions on the latest complete day.
Transactions that paid gas in a stablecoin instead of CELO, as a share of the latest day's transactions.
Addresses that sent their first transaction on Celo on the latest complete day.
Daily transactions and active addresses over the selected period, with the move to a layer 2 in March 2025 marked.
Stablecoin supply and transfers by coin and peg, and fees by currency.
Supply of USD stablecoins issued on Celo, such as USDm, USDC and USDT, at the latest day-end block; other pegs are kept apart.
Fees paid on the latest complete day in every gas currency, converted to USD at Celo's oracle rates.
Distinct currencies that transactions paid gas in on the latest complete day, CELO included.
Value of USD stablecoin transfers on the latest complete day, leaving out mints and burns.
Each stablecoin on Celo with its peg, supply, transfers and holders on the latest day, never adding different pegs together.
Celo has been an Ethereum layer 2 since it moved from a standalone layer 1 in March 2025, and it is built for payments in stablecoins: users can pay gas in a stablecoin instead of CELO, and wallets such as MiniPay are built around it. This dashboard reads every Celo block to show the chain's daily activity, how many transactions pay gas in each stablecoin and the stablecoins issued and moved on Celo.
Celo carries dollar stablecoins next to local-currency ones from the Mento protocol, so supply is shown by coin and peg and only coins with the same peg are added together. Fees paid in different currencies are converted with Celo's own oracle rates at the block. Every figure carries a receipt with the block it was read at.
Every figure will be read at a block, kept with its source and its exact read, and open a receipt anyone can re-check.

Celo began as a layer 1 and became an Ethereum layer 2 on March 26, 2025, built on the OP Stack and posting its data to EigenDA. Its blocks are now produced by a sequencer, and its elected validators run community RPC nodes instead of producing blocks.
Yes. Celo's fee abstraction lets a transaction pay gas in an allowlisted token, such as USDm, USDC or USDT, instead of CELO, using a CIP-64 transaction that names the fee currency. The dashboard shows how many transactions pay this way and in which currencies.
Mento, the protocol behind Celo's native stablecoins, renamed them from a c prefix to an m suffix, so cUSD became USDm and cEUR became EURm, without changing their contracts. The dashboard identifies each coin by its contract, so its series continues across the rename.
A stablecoin wallet from Opera that runs on Celo and is used for small payments, built into the Opera Mini browser and also available as an app. Its users pay fees in stablecoins, so its activity shows up in Celo's stablecoin and fee-currency figures, though the chain does not label which addresses use it.
Each fee is converted to USD with the rate Celo's own oracle contract reports at the same block, so a fee paid in USDm and one paid in CELO can be added. The gas currency tiles show how much was paid in each currency before conversion.
