Crypto Token Buybacks Ranked by Amount Spent
Which protocols spend the most buying back or burning their own tokens, what pays for it and what share of supply the purchases remove.
Multi-chainHyperliquidSolana+4Which protocols bought back the most of their own tokens last month?
A dated monthly league table of token buybacks and burns: who spent the most, what share of supply it removed and how it was paid for.

Token Buyback Report: Monthly Spend by Protocol
Total spent on buybacks across tracked protocols, the largest programs and what changed since the last edition.
Every tracked protocol ranked by the month's spend, with tokens bought, tokens burned and the share of supply removed.
Which revenue funded each program (trading fees, other protocol fees or treasury funds) and the share of that revenue spent on buybacks.
What happened to the tokens after purchase: burned, held by a treasury or passed to stakers.
New, paused or changed buyback programs, each with the governance vote or announcement and its first or last transaction.
Block ranges on each chain, the registry changes made this month and any corrections to earlier editions.
This report ranks the month's token buybacks: which protocols spent the most buying their own tokens, how many tokens they bought and burned and what share of supply that removed. It is dated and closed at the month's last block, so its figures never mix a month with a year or with a running total.
Each amount is cited to the fills and transfers that made it, by the buyback addresses each protocol publishes. Programs that changed during the month, such as a new buyback, a paused one or a new split of revenue, are noted with the governance decision or announcement behind them.
Every figure will be read at a block, kept with its source and its exact read, and open a receipt anyone can re-check.

A purchase of a protocol's own token by an address the protocol publishes as its buyback, treasury or fee address, found as a fill on a DEX or an order book. Transfers from market makers count only when the protocol discloses them as buybacks.
Buyback programs run continuously, and monthly totals compare protocols fairly without mixing different periods. Each edition closes at the month's last block, so its figures do not change after publication.
Tokens bought during the month divided by the token's totalSupply() at the month's first block. It shows how much of the outstanding token the program took off the market in that month.
