Aave Rates: Borrow and Supply APY by Market
Supply APY, variable borrow APY and utilization for every asset on every Aave market, read from each reserve's on-chain data.
Multi-chainEthereumArbitrum+3Which DeFi lending markets have the highest utilization and borrow rates right now?
Every lending market on Aave, Spark, Compound, Morpho and Euler with supply APY, borrow APY, utilization, size and its risk limits.
The table as it will open in Strata. Each figure is named here and arrives with its receipt; until its data is published, its place stays empty.

This table lists every covered lending market in one place, one row per market and asset, with the rate a supplier earns, the rate a borrower pays, how much of the market is borrowed and the limits that decide when a position can be liquidated. Aave, Spark, Compound, Morpho and Euler each describe their markets differently; here they share the same columns.
Sort by borrow APY or utilization to find the markets under the most demand, or by loan-to-value to compare how much each market lends against an asset. Every cell is read from the market's contracts at a named block, and the rates are the protocol's own, before incentives.
Every figure will be read at a block, kept with its source and its exact read, and open a receipt anyone can re-check.

The share of a market's supplied assets that is currently borrowed. High utilization raises borrow rates under most rate models and leaves less liquidity for suppliers who want to withdraw.
Loan-to-value is the most that can be borrowed against collateral when opening or increasing a loan. The liquidation threshold is the higher level at which the position can be liquidated, and the gap between them is the buffer for price moves. Morpho Blue markets use a single limit, the lltv.
Each market has its own supply, demand and rate model. A market near full utilization charges a steep rate to attract supply, while a similar asset elsewhere may be mostly idle. Isolated markets such as Morpho's also price each collateral pairing separately.
No. Every rate in the table is variable and changes with each deposit, borrow and repayment. The table shows the rate at its read block, and the lending dashboards show how it moved over time.
No. They are the rates the protocol pays and charges in the market's own asset. Reward programs in other tokens are listed separately where they exist.
