About

What it answers, and for whom.

Kamino Lend is a set of lending markets on Solana. Each market groups reserves, one per asset, whose supply and borrow rates follow a utilization curve. Each borrower opens an obligation that holds their collateral and their debts. This dashboard reads every reserve and obligation from the Kamino Lend program to show deposits, loans and rates by market and by asset.

Kamino's second version split the protocol into two layers. Markets hold the reserves and their risk settings, from a main market for widely held assets to markets built around a single kind of collateral. Vaults sit above them: a curator sets which reserves a vault may supply to and how much, and the vault moves deposits between them. Both layers are shown, so a vault depositor can see which markets carry their funds.

Elevation groups raise the loan-to-value for correlated assets such as liquid staking tokens against SOL; Multiply positions build that leverage in one transaction. Liquidations are read from the program's liquidation instructions, with the collateral seized and the bonus paid, so a sharp price move shows exactly where positions were closed.

Method

How it will be measured.

Every figure will be read at a block, kept with its source and its exact read, and open a receipt anyone can re-check.

How receipts work →
  1. Each reserve's available liquidity, borrowed amount and cumulative borrow rate are read from its reserve account at the last slot of each day; supplied is available plus borrowed, less fees owed to the protocol.
  2. Supply and borrow APY follow from utilization on the reserve's own borrow rate curve and protocol take rate, and realized borrow cost is the growth of the cumulative borrow rate between two pinned slots.
  3. Obligation accounts give each borrower's deposits, borrows and elevation group, so loans can be split by collateral and by leverage.
  4. Vault allocations come from each Kamino vault's state account: its share price, the reserves it supplies to and the amount placed in each.
  5. Liquidations are the program's liquidate_obligation_and_redeem_reserve_collateral instructions, valued at the reserve's oracle price in the same slot.

Questions

Questions people ask.

What is Kamino Lend?

Kamino Lend is a lending protocol on Solana. Lenders supply assets to reserves and earn the interest borrowers pay; borrowers post collateral in an obligation and borrow against it up to each asset's loan-to-value. Rates move with utilization along each reserve's curve.

What is the difference between Kamino markets and Kamino vaults?

A market is a set of reserves with shared risk settings, where borrowing happens. A vault takes deposits of one asset and supplies them across reserves in several markets chosen by its curator, so a vault depositor's risk is the mix of markets the vault uses.

What are elevation groups on Kamino?

Elevation groups are Kamino's high-efficiency mode. Within a group of correlated assets, such as SOL and its liquid staking tokens, borrowers can use a higher loan-to-value than across unrelated assets. The dashboard shows how much is borrowed inside each group.

How do Kamino liquidations work?

When an obligation's debt passes its liquidation threshold, a liquidator repays part of the debt and receives collateral plus a bonus. Kamino sizes the bonus within a range set per reserve according to how unhealthy the position is. Each liquidation here links to its transaction.

What is Kamino Multiply?

Multiply opens a leveraged position in one transaction: it deposits collateral, borrows against it, swaps the loan into more collateral and repeats, using a flash loan. These positions appear as obligations with a high loan-to-value, often inside an elevation group.

Obligation

Elevation group
